When placing an order by telephone, please inform the Sales
Representative that confirmation will follow. To avoid duplication, please
mark your paperwork ‘Confirmation Only - Do Not Duplicate'.
Please include the name of the OMEGA® Sales Representative
and the Quotation Number if applicable.

Written orders are welcomed. If you are familiar with OMEGA’s products and corresponding part numbers
and do not need to consult with a Sales / Applications Engineer, please
mail or fax your written orders to OMEGA ENGINEERING LIMITED.
For fast, efficient processing of your order, please include:
Purchase Order number
Billing and Shipping addresses
Part Number, Quantity and Description of items ordered
Name and telephone number of requisitioner

OMEGA® is pleased to open a credit account of net 30 days to all
customers, subject to a satisfactory credit application. OMEGA® welcomes
new accounts and will process orders on a prepaid or credit card basis
whilst a credit account is being established. New accounts are set up with
a minimum amount of paperwork.

The prices of goods sold are those in effect at the time of sale and
are subject to change without notice. Whilst this is
unlikely, please contact an OMEGA® Sales Representative for the latest
prices in local currencies. We will be pleased to provide Quotations either
by post, telephone, e-mail or fax.
Value Added Tax
VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, unless VAT exemption applies. Our VAT Registration Number is GB 620 0439 89
Quantity Discounts
Many items have quantity discount schedules. For larger quantities and
for products which do not have discounts listed, please consult an OMEGA®
Sales Representative. Such discounts will apply only to orders involving a
single shipment or multiple shipments against a firm delivery schedule.
Credit Cards
OMEGA® is pleased to honour major credit/debit cards for your ordering
convenience, including: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Eurocard,
Maestro, Switch and Solo.
Invoicing
OMEGA® will accept orders and payments in GB Pounds, US dollars and
Euros.

We offer a variety of shipping methods including next day delivery for orders shipped within the UK, at a
standard rate. We can also arrange early morning and Saturday delivery.
Other shipping methods are available upon request.
An OMEGA® Sales Representative would be pleased to advise you of
shipping costs and methods at the time of quotation, particularly for our
international customers.

All goods sold by OMEGA® remain the property of OMEGA® until payment
is made in full.

Return / Repair Enquiries
|
All repairs enquiries (warranty and non warranty) should be directed to
an OMEGA® Customer Service Representative on
+44(0)161 777 2229.
Before returning any item, please contact the Representative to obtain an Authorised Return (AR)
number and shipping address. The designated AR number should then be
marked on the outside of the return package. To avoid processing delays,
please be sure to include:
Purchase order number and invoice number
Your name, address and telephone number
Model and serial number
Repair instructions
Goods wrongly ordered must also be
returned in accordance with the above procedure. The product and its
original packaging must be undamaged and must include all manuals and
accessories. Unless this procedure is followed, full credit will not be given.
We reserve the right to levy a restocking charge to cover inspection, test
and handling, plus the cost of any repairs or reconfiguration.
We will accept no cancellations in respect of goods that have been manufactured,
customised or modified to customers' specific requirements, or those that have been bought
in specially at the request of a customer.

Discounts for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) are available to
all qualified manufacturers. Please contact an OMEGA® Sales Representative
to discuss eligibility.

Design and Specifications
|

OMEGA® reserves the right to make changes in the design and
specifications of any product as engineering advances or necessity
requires. OMEGA’s policy is to make running changes, not model
changes, whenever an improvement is possible. This affords our customers
the latest in technology and engineering.

It is the policy of OMEGA® to comply with all worldwide safety and
EMC/EMI regulations that apply. OMEGA is consistently pursuing certification
of its products to the European New Approach Directives. OMEGA® will
add the CE mark to every appropriate device upon certification.
