Document Format (PDF) is a file format for Adobe's Acrobat software.
Acrobat provides an application/platform and printer-independent
way of presenting the same document on many different machines.
PDF files are used for complex files on this web site that may
already exist in printed form.
If
a document is a PDF file you will need to obtain a copy of the
Acrobat Reader to view the document. You can go to Adobe's
web site. You can also try Adobe's
ftp site.
