When placing an order by telephone, please inform the Sales Representative that confirmation will follow. To avoid duplication, please mark your paperwork 'Confirmation Only, Do Not Duplicate' and include the name of the OMEGA Sales Representative and the Quotation Number if applicable.

OEM ACCOUNTS

Discounts for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) are available to all qualified manufacturers. Please contact an OMEGA Sales Representative to discuss eligibility.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OMEGA is pleased to open a credit account of net 30 days to all customers, subject to a satisfactory credit application. OMEGA welcomes new accounts and will process orders on a prepaid or credit card basis whilst a credit account is being established. New accounts are set up with a minimum amount of paperwork.

EXPORT COMPLIANCE

Regardless of any disclosure made by Buyer to Supplier of the ultimate destination of Products, Buyer shall not export either directly or indirectly any Product or any system incorporating said product either in contravention of any law, statute or regulation or without first obtaining all required licenses and permits from all relevant government agencies or departments of the Buyer's country and the United States, including the United States Departments of Commerce and Treasury.

PRICES

The prices of goods sold are those in effect at the time of sale. Furthermore, the prices listed are those in effect at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice. Whilst this is unlikely, please contact an OMEGA Sales Representative for the latest prices. We will be pleased to provide Quotations either by post, telephone, email or fax.

Value Added Tax
VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate, unless VAT exemption applies. Our VAT Registration Number is: GB 620 0439 89

Quantity Discounts
Many items have quantity discount schedules. For larger quantities and for products which do not have discounts listed, please consult an OMEGA Sales Representative. Such discounts will apply only to orders involving a single shipment or multiple shipments against a firm delivery schedule.

OMEGA is pleased to honour major credit/debit cards for your ordering convenience, including: Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo.

Invoicing
OMEGA will accept orders in Euros.

RETURN/REPAIR ENQUIRIES

All repair enquiries (warranty and non warranty) should be directed to an OMEGA Customer Service Representative. Before returning any item, please contact the Representative to obtain an Authorised Return (AR) number and shipping address. The designated AR number should then be marked on the outside of the return package. To avoid processing delays, please be sure to include:

   Purchase Order number and invoice number
   Your name, address and telephone number
   Model and serial number
   Repair instructions
   Detailed description of any fault

Goods returned following evaluation (sale or return) or wrongly ordered must also be returned in accordance with the above procedure. The product and its original packaging must be undamaged and must include all manuals and accessories. Unless this procedure is followed, full credit will not be given. We reserve the right to levy a restocking charge to cover inspection, test and handling, plus the cost of any repairs or reconfiguration. In respect of goods that have been manufactured, customised or configured to customers' specific requirements, or those that have been bought in specially, credits will be issued entirely at OMEGA's discretion.

DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS

OMEGA reserves the right to make changes in the design and specifications of any product as engineering advances or necessity requires. OMEGA's policy is to make running changes, not model changes, whenever an improvement is possible. This affords our customers the latest in technology and engineering.

RETENTION OF TITLE

All goods sold by OMEGA remain the property of OMEGA until payment is made in full.

OMEGA Engineering Ltd is pleased to offer suggestions on the use of its various products. However, OMEGA neither assumes responsibility for any omissions or errors nor assumes liability for any damages that result from the use of its products in accordance with information provided by OMEGA, either verbal or written. OMEGA warrants only that the parts manufactured by it will be as specified and free of defects. OMEGA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT THAT OF TITLE, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The remedies of purchaser set forth herein are exclusive, and the total liability of OMEGA with respect to any order, whether based on contract, warranty, negligence, indemnification, strict liability or otherwise, shall not exceed the purchase price of the component upon which liability is based. In no event shall OMEGA be liable for any damages or losses, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential. This warranty cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties. It is limited to the purchaser only.

CONDITIONS: Equipment sold by OMEGA is not intended to be used, nor shall it be used: (1) as a "Basic Component" under 10 CRF 21 (NRC), used in or with any nuclear installation or activity; or (2) in medical applications or used on humans. Should any Product(s) be used in or with any nuclear installation or activity, medical application, used on humans, or misused in any way, OMEGA assumes no responsibility as set forth in our basic WARRANTY/DISCLAIMER language above, and, additionally, purchaser will indemnify OMEGA and hold OMEGA harmless from any liability or damage whatsoever arising out of the use of the Product(s) in such a manner.
