Micro-Sensor Probe Model 88008(*)-IEC
Micro-sensor probe, designed for precise measurements of small surface areas, such as transistors and integrated circuits. Small contact surface area of 1.0 x 3.0 mm for fast response. 400°C max. surface temperature.

Thin-Body Type Probe Model 88009(*)-IEC
Thin-body type probe designed to measure the surface of the bottom of narrow gaps or slits, like that of a plate heater. 260°C max. service temperature.
