Omega's TXDIN1600S is a DIN rail mount amplifier for load cell or strain gauge inputs. Software available for free download allows the user to configure and scale the transmitter easily via a built-in mini USB port. Additionally, the user may read live process data through the software, allowing for offset and span calibration

Outputs can be either voltage, bipolar voltage or active/passive process current. The unit is powered by 10 to 48 Vdc or 10 to 32 Vac and is suitable for battery operation.

The high precision input stage of the device allows for a bridge excitation voltage of 5 Vdc to be used as opposed to the traditional 10V. This reduces the power requirement for the bridge supply and up to four bridges (load cells) may be connected to the input.

Advanced features such as remote tare, multi-point scaling, filtering and built-in bridge excitation make this transmitter suitable for a wide variety of applications.
